We are proud to showcase exceptional Irish ingredients on our menus, telling the story of Peruvian food through some of this island’s finest produce.
Peru is the original home of the potato, central to the food of both Peru and Ireland. We source potatoes from the amazing range of heirloom varieties grown by David and Maria Flynn on Ballymakenny Farm. The fish we use in our ceviche is wild, locally landed fish, whenever the boats go out.

Excellent I visited Zampas as part of a work Christmas party and thoughroughly enjoyed the experience. The items on the set menu were unique but also provided something for everyone. The high skill level of the chef was evident from the superb standard of the food. The service from the staff was top class. Overall, I would happily recommend to others.

Delicious and welcome It is a great restaurant inside at the Hard Rock Hotel. It is in the middle of the city and there is a live concert at the weekends. The foods are very delicious and the breakfast is very good as well. The staff especially is so kind and cheerful. Raul is one of the best staff here.
